What is your grief story? What would you like it to be? Do you wish you were more resilient to losses and setbacks you experience? If you feel like your wellbeing is negatively affected by what you are experiencing, we can work together to restore your health and wellness.

Grief support helps to make sense of everything that you are feeling and experiencing after your loss. Whether it is a loss that you have experienced within the last 5 hours or 5 years, it is never too late to seek help in making sense of your feelings and thoughts or adjusting to life after your experience. Seeking support does not mean you are weak or less of a person! It means you are self-aware and know what is best for you. You will know when it is time to seek help. Feeling overwhelmed, experiencing a wave of emotions, having trouble sleeping, or unable to clear your mind are all reasons you will benefit from receiving grief support and building your resiliency to loss. We offer one-on-one support, as well as group workshops.
